What you need:

1 tsp (2–3g) Gua Cha matcha (we use Prelude No. 2 here)

60 ml hot water (~80°C)

120–150 ml cold milk of choice (we love oat or almond)

Whisk (or frother), bamboo spoon, glass tumbler
What you do:

Sift the matcha. Trust us — it makes everything smoother.

Add hot water and whisk like you mean it. Zig-zag, not swirl.

Fill a glass with ice, pour over your milk.

Top it off with your matcha shot.
