THE OG LATTE- How to make the matcha that made us quit coffee.

What you need:

  • 1 tsp (2–3g) Gua Cha matcha (we use Prelude No. 2 here)

  • 60 ml hot water (~80°C)

  • 120–150 ml cold milk of choice (we love oat or almond)

  • Ice

  • Whisk (or frother), bamboo spoon, glass tumbler


What you do:

  1. Sift the matcha. Trust us — it makes everything smoother.

  2. Add hot water and whisk like you mean it. Zig-zag, not swirl.

  3. Fill a glass with ice, pour over your milk.

  4. Top it off with your matcha shot.

  5. Sip, close your eyes, and realise your energy just upgraded.
