Iced Coconut Matcha
What you need:
1 tsp (2–3g) Gua Cha matcha
60 ml hot water (~80°C)
120–150 ml chilled coconut milk or coconut drink
Ice
Whisk (or frother), bamboo spoon, glass tumbler
What you do:
Sift the matcha. It keeps the flavour clean and smooth.
Add hot water and whisk in a quick zig-zag until lightly frothy.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the chilled coconut milk.
Top gently with the matcha shot.
Sip slowly. Light, refreshing, and quietly energising.
🧠 Pro tip:
Use unsweetened coconut milk for a cleaner finish, or coconut water for a lighter, more refreshing version.
