What you need
• 1 tsp (2–3g) Gua Cha matcha (Prelude No. 2)
• 60 ml hot water (~80°C)
• 120 ml hot milk of choice
• Optional: ½–1 tsp maple syrup or honey
• Whisk or frother
• Ceramic cup
What you do
1. Sift the matcha.
2. Whisk with hot water until smooth and glossy.
3. Heat and lightly froth the milk.
4. Pour milk into matcha.
5. Sweeten only if needed. Stir gently.

Start unsweetened.
Add sweetness only if your palate asks for it.
