Dark Chocolate Matcha

What you need:

1 tsp (2–3g) Gua Cha matcha
60 ml hot water (~80°C)
120–150 ml milk of choice (oat or dairy)
1 tsp dark chocolate (70–85%) or unsweetened cocoa
Ice (optional)
Whisk (or frother), bamboo spoon, glass tumbler

What you do:

Sift the matcha. This keeps bitterness clean, not muddy.
Add hot water and whisk in a quick zig-zag until frothy.
Warm the milk slightly and melt in the dark chocolate or cocoa until smooth.
Fill your glass with ice if going cold, then pour in the chocolate milk.
Top with the matcha shot.

Sip slowly. Deep, balanced, and quietly intense.

🧠 Pro tip:
Use high-cacao chocolate with minimal sugar. The contrast should feel rich, not sweet.
