Banana Vanilla Matcha

What you need:

1 tsp (2–3g) Gua Cha matcha
60 ml hot water (~80°C)
120–150 ml milk of choice (oat or dairy)
½ ripe banana
¼ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla syrup
Ice (optional)
Whisk (or frother), blender, glass tumbler

What you do:

Sift the matcha. Always worth the extra step.
Add hot water and whisk in a quick zig-zag until smooth and frothy.
Blend milk, banana, and vanilla until creamy and lightly foamy.
Fill your glass with ice if going cold, then pour in the banana milk.
Top with the matcha shot.

Sip slowly. Soft, comforting, and quietly energising.

🧠 Pro tip:
Use a slightly overripe or frozen banana for a thicker, milkshake-like texture—no extra sweetener needed.
